You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Email your order number and reason for return to [email protected].
Customers cover return shipping costs for changes of size or mind. STRATA covers the cost if an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue an exchange or refund to the original payment method. Sale items are covered by the same policy.
